RauDZ Creative Concepts Ltd. (RCC) own/operate a selection of the Okanagan Valley’s premiere dining venues and are recognized as industry leaders.  Award winning farm to table restaurant RauDZ Regional Table, International influenced micro bar & bites and Sunny’s Modern Diner are located in downtown Kelowna with Italian inspired Terrafina at Hester Creek by RauDZ in Oliver.  Further expanding their culinary influence RCC Co-owner Chef Rod Butters released his first cookbook, ‘The Okanagan Table: The Art of Everyday Home Cooking’ in Summer 2017.

A:         Our opening is planned for Summer 2019.  As we move forward with permits and construction we will keep this site updated with a firmer date.

A:         The Okanagan Table – kitchen | events | catering will be located at 1571 Pandosy Street, steps from local retailers Mosaic Books and Olive & Elle and only a block away from RauDZ Regional Table and micro bar & bites.

A:         The Okanagan Table is not a restaurant; it’s a unique venue for use as a commissary kitchen, customized event space and off-site catering preparation.

Q:        What kind of events will The Okanagan Table – kitchen | events | catering be hosting?

A:         The list is almost endless and we are excited by the opportunities of this incredible space.

We do plan to offer:

  • Long table dinners & exclusive receptions

Our unique space offers ‘the ultimate chef’s table’ where guests will be surrounded by our state of the art, ‘working kitchen’ for custom created dinners of 30 or stand up receptions for 50 for a true kitchen party!

  • Hands-on and demonstration style cooking classes
  • Sommelier led Wine Education Classes
  • Cocktail classes

Q:        Are you now doing catering for private and corporate events?

A:         Yes, with the addition of this commissary kitchen we now have the space to facilitate exclusive catering opportunities.

Our culinary team is pleased to offer a variety of creatively inspired culinary experiences that highlight the Okanagan Valley.  Our award-winning team takes pride in designing a memorable experience for you and your guests.  We customize each menu to suit your needs while utilizing the freshest, local, seasonal ingredients from our passionate farmers and food artisans.

The RauDZ team have catered some of the valley’s biggest galas, luxury brand launch events, large scale public events while always maintaining the high standards that RauDZ has established in the community.
