This class is open to anyone!  Whether you are new to the concepts of vegetarianism or looking for some new ideas to add to your repertoire, there is something for everyone!  We will explore approachable and delicious ingredients that are essential for successful vegetarian cooking.  You will learn recipes that are satisfying and easy to replicate at home.  Come with all of your questions and walk away with a better understanding of what true vegetarian cuisine is.
