Bree Short of Pure Nutrition has teamed up with Chef butters to create a class designed to share some creative and delicious foods to supercharge your nutrition.

With a background as an amateur athlete, parent, and nutritionist, Bree brings a unique perspective to the table, having worked with diverse clients ranging from those aspiring to enhance body composition to young athletes, weekend warriors, and elite sports enthusiasts.

In her illustrious career, Bree has witnessed the incredible potential of the human body to achieve health and balance when fueled by a nutrient-dense, whole food diet, complemented by a strategic blend of exercise and lifestyle management encompassing stress, sleep and environment.  Your body is a powerhouse, and Bree is her to empower you with the knowledge and tools to harness its innate capabilities.

Join bree in this enlightening cooking class, designed as an introduction to a healthier life through nutrition.  With her guidance you’ll explore a menu crafted to showcase delicious, high-powered nutritional foods.


Note: This is a cooking demonstration with guest interaction and demonstration of product and technique. All recipes will be provided so you can recreate everything at home! Please note that no dietary modifications or substitutions are available.
