We have an abundance of beautiful seafood right in our own backyard and what better way to celebrate this than a seafood cooking class! With our Westcoast Fish & Seafood class, we’ll explore the skills needed to select and prepare seafood confidently. If you struggle with cooking fish and seafood properly or are just stuck in a rut with the same old recipes, this class is for you. Come and experience the beautiful flavours that can be achieved with the right selection of ingredients and cooking methods.
