Our Taste the Okanagan series covers all the seasons in the beautiful and bountiful Okanagan. Our Summer class will highlight the local produce, meats and fish that become abundant this time of year. Learn how to prepare these ingredients to highlight their natural beauty and flavour.

For this second in our Taste the Okanagan series we are starting our class with a visit to the popuiar Kelowna Farmer’s Market and then heading into the kitchen to prepare a farm fresh lunch of seasonal ingredients.

Note: This is a cooking demonstration with guest interaction, some hands-on sections and demonstration of product and technique. All recipes will be provided so you can recreate everything at home! Please note that no dietary modifications or substitutions are available.
