Cheffing with Kelsey – Mediterranean Cuisine

Come and learn how to cook authentic Mediterranean dishes. In this class we will explore the various regions of the Mediterranean basinSpain, Italy, Greece and Morocco. This region has one of the healthiest diets in the world and also the most delicious! You will discover the foundational elements of this cuisine including fresh herbs, brined and cured items, rich olive oil, and bright citrus are all put to work on the freshest vegetables, seafoods, and meats.
