Located in the central region of Italy, Tuscany boasts stunning countryside, a beautiful coastline and rich culture in its capital city, Florence. Like all Italian cuisine, Tuscany cooking is based upon using the most fresh and simple ingredients of the season including many legumes, cheeses, vegetables and fruits.
