Cheffing with Kelsey – Italian Series:  Sicily

In this class we did into delicious Sicilian cuisine. We’ll learn about the history of the regional cuisine and enjoy a luxurious four-course meal.  Come learn about classic Sicilian dishes utilizing regional ingredients including meat, fish, pasta and local vegetables.

CLASS MENU

Aubergine Caponata

Arancini al Ragu – creamy risotto rice, lamb ragu

Involtini de Pesce Spada – fish roulade stuffed with capers, pine nuts, raisins, olives & lemons

Pasta al Pesto Trapanese – almonds, tomato, basil, garlic, pecorino

Cannoli

Note: This is a cooking demonstration with guest interaction and demonstration of product and technique. All recipes will be provided so you can recreate everything at home! Please note that no dietary modifications or substitutions are available.
