Distinct from Italian cooking, the Sardinian culinary canyon is vast, with regional styles that vary by landscape, including it’s mountainous inland areas and its long stretches of white beaches. Join Chef Kelsey and discover the seasonal fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat and seafood as she explains ingredients and how to use them in traditional Sardinian recipes.
