The Puglia region of Italy is a fertile region fast becoming a favourite destination among foodies and lovers of traditional Italian food. The beautiful Puglia region in the south eastern tip of Italy is knows for it’s many charms, and one of those being its culinary history. Come and discover some unmissable and delicious traditional Apulian dishes.

Foccacia Barese – Bari style focaccia with cherry tomatoes, olives & oregano
Stracciatells (Burrata) Cheese – summer vegetables, honey and balsamic
Orecchiette Con Cime Di Rapa – rapini, chili and Italian sausage
Torta Colonne – almond & sour cherry tart
 

Note: This is a cooking demonstration with guest interaction and demonstration of product and technique. All recipes will be provided so you can recreate everything at home!
