If you’re entertaining this New Years and want to feed your guests yummy food, then this class is for you. Learn how to prepare crowd pleasing canapes and hors d’oeuvres that can be easily prepared while you enjoy your party. We will also discuss and demonstrate the elements of building a balanced and beautiful charcuterie platter.
