Cheffing with Kelsey – Four + Eight

Experience Okanagan wines and learn the differences that weather, soil and winemaking can make in the glass.

Chef Kelsey will be preparing four different courses and pouring two wine examples per course.  Challenge your own taste buds to discover your favourites.  Does the Chardonnay from Lake Country pair perfectly with this dish or do you prefer the Chardonnay from Oliver?  There is no wrong answer.  A fun and informative class full of great food and delicious local wines!
