Cheffing with Kelsey – Father’s Day:  Cooking with Beer & Cider

Come to our Father’s Day cooking class to explore all things Beer & Cider! In this class we will learn about and taste various dishes utilizing Okanagan beer and cider. You will discover interesting uses for these beverages in cooking including sauces, marinades, baking, dressings and dips. Come and enjoy a Father’s Day dinner full of good food, beer and cider!

Note: This is a cooking demonstration with guest interaction and demonstration of product and technique. All recipes will be provided so you can recreate everything at home! Please note that no dietary modifications or substitutions are available.
