We have an abundance of beautiful seafood right in our backyard and what better way to celebrate this than with a seafood cooking class! With our essentials of seafood cooking class, we’ll explore the skills needed to select and prepare seafood confidently. If you struggle with cooking fish and seafood properly or are just stuck in a rut with the same old recipes, this class is for you! Come and experience the beautiful flavours that can be achieved with the right selection of ingredients and cooking methods with seafood. You’ll walk away with recipes that you can prepare at home with ease.

Note: This is a cooking demonstration with guest interaction and demonstration of product and technique. All recipes will be provided so you can recreate everything at home!
