This class is open to anyone! Whether you are new to the concepts of plant based cooking or looking for some new ideas to add to your repertoire, there is something for everyone! We will explore approachable and delicious ingredients that are essential for successful plant based cooking. You will learn recipes that are satisfying and easy to replicate at home. Come with all your questions and walk away with a better understanding of what true plant based cuisine is.
How to build a vegetarian pantry
How to highlight vegetables with proper cooking methods, spices and sauces
How to incorporate protein from whole food plant-based sources
How to prepare new and unfamiliar ingredients
