Come and join in for a very special evening with Canadian Cheese Ambassador David Beaudoin and Chef Kelsey as we explore and learn about Canadian cheese. We will dive into the pleasures of eating amazing Canadian cheese. The evening will be full of learning about the wonderful history of cheese, how to pair with it with wine and beer and how to select and cook with it. We will enjoy many delicious culinary creations revolving around cheese so come hungry.
