A class Chef Kelsey has wanted to do for a long time! Come out to learn and enjoy some of the classic farm to table dishes created by Chef Rod Butters over the years, that are now published in his award-winning cookbook “The Okanagan Table.” This class will cover many tricks and tips to create restaurant quality dishes. We’ll also share some of the fun stories and history behind creating these dishes.

Tricks and tips to making the luxurious cauliflower saffron soup
How to make the iconic oat crusted arctic char
How to make the ‘can’t stop eating this’ dessert, that is still on the RauDZ menu to this day
