Join us for a thoughtfully crafted multi-course dinner by BC Restaurant Hall of Fame Chef, Rod Butters, paired with sparkling wines from around the world carefully curated by Audrey Surrao.  The evening will begin with a decadent raw bar reception before being seated for dinner.

Sparkling wines are the go-to choice for celebrations and special occasions.  Unfortunately, they are frequently overlooked and significantly undervalued when it comes to pairing them with food throughout a meal, spanning from appetizers to dessert.  Chef Butters and Audrey Surrao will open your mind and your palate to the wonders of sparkling wines at the dinner table.
