JoIn us for a very special evening where Black Hills Estate Winery meets award-winning Chef Rod Butters for a multi-course dinner celebrating the best of the Okanagan.

Wine pairings are curated by The Okanagan Table co-owner Audrey Surrao featuring the wines that capture the South Okanagan terroir from Black Hills Estate Winery. Audrey is certified by WSET – Level 3, an Internationally recognized wine and spirits certification authority using this extensive knowledge to create an enviable wine list for the evening.

While Black Hills Estate Winery is perhaps best known for their signature wine Nota Bene, each of their wines is highly crafted by their winemaker Ross Wise. Wise is Canada’s newest Master of Wine, only the 7th to be awarded this honour in Canada and the fourth in BC.
