A classically elegant, sparkling win e is romance in a glass. With Valentine’s Day mere hours away, we’re celebrating this romance with A Sparkling Evening at The Okanagan Table.
Sparkling wine is delicious alone but even better when paired with a menu created by Chef Rod Butters.
Chef Butters and his award-winning culinary team have created a multi-course menu paired with sparkling wines curated by The Okanagan Table co-owner Audrey Surrao. Audrey is certified by WSET – Level 3, an Internationally recognized wine and spirits certification authority and has used this extensive knowledge to create an enviable wine list for the evening. Audrey will be pouring both Old World and New World sparkling including a delicious example from the Okanagan and she’ll be popping a bottle of one of her favourite French champagnes.
Dinner guests will be seated at a long table to enjoy the seasonal menu with Chef Butters guiding the food and Audrey providing her personalized tasting notes on all of the wines poured.
