Class is back in session
Our classes are held on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings starting at 6:00 pm with three hours of cooking demonstrations, eating, drinking and learning! The Cheffing with Kelsey classes cover a variety of topics, themes and interests for people of all skill levels. The class schedule includes Italian Classics, tributes to Chef Icons such as Gordon Ramsay and Julia Child and Cooking with Seafood.
Spaces are limited for each class and advance registration is required.

The Okanagan Table event space gives your guests an experience unlike any other by allowing the opportunity to watch your multi-course meal being made by our talented culinary team right before your eyes.
We are happy to host a Welcome reception with canapes, followed by 3 or 4 course seated dinner. You can also include a specialty welcome cocktail or sparkling reception prior to spoil your guests.

Visit our shop for housemade soups, stocks, ready-to-heat-and-eat stews, braised lamb shanks, curries, duck confit, handmade pasta, sauces and more! Our deli case is stocked with locally made charcuterie and Canadian cheeses and our Pastry Chef ensures there is always something sweet in the fridge for those with a sweet tooth.
Learn to cook like a chef! Join Chef Kelsey on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for Cheffing with Kelsey, a three-hour dinner class with cooking demonstration and guest interaction. Classes can be customized for group events.

With the new kitchen at The Okanagan Table – kitchen | events | catering location these award winning culinary teams now have their own space to prepare food for off-site catering for exclusive events with farm-to-table menus customized for your event utilizing the very best fresh, local and seasonal ingredients.
We enjoy sharing our passion and enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry. Guests sit at our expansive stainless steel counter and get a front row seat to the kitchen action. Our Culinary Instructor Kelsey Oudendag leads the classes with creativity and skill.

Chef and cookbook author Rod Butters and wine guru Audrey Surrao, are also co-owners/operators of three acclaimed restaurants: RauDZ Regional Table, micro bar & bites, and Sunny’s a modern diner all located in the beautiful Okanagan Valley, British Columbia.
